A nominal, standard fee (₹1,000) booked when structured work on your case begins. It is confirmed in writing before anything is charged, and its treatment relative to the professional fee is chosen per case.

It is benchmarked at 5% of the agreed case value. The 'case value' basis — total outstanding, disputed amount, settlement exposure, or another agreed measure — is written into your fee plan before any work begins.

Yes. The default plan splits the fee into equal installments on roughly 35-day intervals, with the remainder in the final installment. Your plan is agreed in writing.

No one can honestly guarantee a specific outcome. We guarantee the process — documentation, considered responses, and steady follow-up. Outcomes depend on the lender and your specific situation.

Sanction letter, loan agreement, statements, EMI details, outstanding amounts, notices, and any recovery communication. Missing some is fine — we help you track them down.
